My hypnotherapy sessions are clearly structured, with a free initial telephone consultation to answer your questions, followed by one-to-one sessions either in my Gillingham practice or online. Prices are the same for in-person and online appointments, so you can choose the format that works best for you.

Payment can be made by bank transfer at least 24 hours before your session,
or by cash at the start of the session.
The number of sessions needed varies from person to person—we’ll discuss this together and tailor the approach to your goals.
Quit Smoking/Vaping
- One session only
- Approximately 90 minutes
- £100 deposit required once booking is confirmed.

Paul is a verified member of the Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and trained at the Kent Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy, where he also worked as a classroom assistant. He continues his professional development to ensure every session meets the highest standards of care.
