Many years ago, I started my first job in London. At the time, it felt like a huge shift — the kind of moment that reminds me why hypnotherapy for change can be so powerful. I can still remember the discomfort of being asked to take on new duties and responsibilities that pushed me outside my comfort zone.
Looking back now, those moments weren’t as daunting as they felt in the moment. In fact, they were turning points that shaped me and eventually led me to where I am today. What felt uncomfortable at first became the foundation for growth.
